  • Optimizing Your Strength: Mastering Your Inside Leg Hang

    Having trouble feeling comfortable in your inside leg hang? Afraid to remove your hands off the pole? While there are many ways to get into it and hold your leg hang, I will be focusing on the key factors that will unlock the secret you needed to nail it. Once we do that, we'll apply the knowledge and techniques to other tricks and transitions.


    Level Prerequisite: at minimum able to invert with back parallel to floor.


    (Type of moves you'll learn: flat line, hip hold, inside leg hang, allegra, no-hands jade)

  • Optimizing Your Strength: It's All About Geometry

    This workshop will focus on using triangles in your holds to understand where your max strength comes from and utilizing it to be successful. Not only will you get stronger, you'll also reduce injuries in your pole journey. We'll cover both upright and inverted moves with a focus on triangles and forces.


    Level Prerequisite: ability to hold your weight upright. Inversions will occur.

  • Optimizing Your Strength: Heels Flow


    In this workshop you'll learn a sultry flow that will allow you to tap into your sexy and feel in tune with each song that is played. It's a mental space, it's heel articulation, and it's taking the time to breathe thru your limbs with every movement.

    Level Prerequisite: All levels but preferred to have familiarity with pirouettes, cup and twisted grip
